Soon we are going to start receiving “requests” from students to be their thesis advisor. So, I decided to get ready and prepare (or re-prepare) the material they need. The final result was a very comprehensive page (I think), where students can find most of the information they need. Here it is: http://lab.passos.jp/undergrad-thesis/senior-thesis-guide/ All the documents are stored in Google Drive, giving me flexibility when updating something.

Syllabus for this class with the evaluation rubrics and badges is available on the MIC website: http://www.mic.ac.jp/pdf/syllabus/SCI151-2.pdf

Electronic whiteboard, here I come.

At the end of November I applied for a special fund within our university. The fund was intended to be used to improve instruction in the classroom. Anyway, I was awarded with it, and my proposal was to improve A.L. and tablet usage in the classroom. The package arrived today.
